Language Arts:
- Story: Unit 4-Week 5 "If you could go to Antarctica"
Writing:
- Opinion- My favorite animal is...
- Continue with Chapter 14: Number Facts
- Students will be able to decompose numbers to 10
- Ways to make numbers 0-10
- Ex: 7= 7+0, 6+1, 5+2, etc
- Students will be able to combine sets to make 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
- Students will be able to combine sets and say how many more are needed to make 10
- Students will be able to compose numbers to 20
- Key terms: number bond, part, and whole
Science:
